We are first time home buyers and our real estate agent recommended using Yuri to inspect a home in the Toronto area. We found Yuri to be very thorough and patient as he inspected the home. The home did have some issues, which Yuri was able to estimate a cost for and give us his advice. We even followed up with a call the next day which Yuri was very happy to accomodate.
