Ali responded very quickly to my inquiry and conveniently was able to service my 3 year old HE gas furnace the same day. He inspected my thermostat and cleaned and tested my furnace thoroughly. He patiently answered all of my questions and did not try to upsell any additional services or products. I am completely satisfied with his service and will be contacting Ali in the spring for my AC.
