Steve called me back in 10 minutes. Before arriving he guided me over the phone how to do couple of things to assure the problem is real and not something I can fix by myself like resetting the switch etc. When it didn't help he came to my house at the same day and within an hour the problem was gone. He also gave valuable instructions of how better treat the appliance in general. If I had to summarize I would say: levels of professionalism and service beyond any expectations! I already recommended Steve to one of my friends who has problem with his washing machine.
