We are so pleased by the staff of Solutions Electric. We did a full renovation of our basement, and had them come in and install pot lights, and rewire the basement for outlets, and new appliances. They were on time, pleasant to deal with, and did a great job. Aside from finishing the work that we contracted for, they identified a few problems in an informative non pushy manner. As people with almost no knowledge of electrical systems, we found them very helpful in explaining and making suggestions.

We had several problems with our project. Although Domenic was great at the beginning of the project, his assistants did not follow direction, and we had to take a very hands on approach to ensure that the cement part of the project was completed well. The landscaping and stone laying went very badly. The assistant did not grade our front yard properly, and as a result we have had problems and extra expenses. Because of weather delays and winter approaching, the landscaping project was postphoned till spring. We agreed that the job would be completed in the early spring, before my April 29th birthday. We made the mistake of paying for the entire project before completion. Our multiple calls, emails and texts went totally unanswered for over 8 weeks weeks. When I used a family members phone, my call was finally picked up. I was asked to call back in a few minutes, and when I did my call went unanswered again. Ultimately, by May, we had to cancel the contract and are now pursuing legal action.
