Purchasing a house, especially a rural one with obvious visible problems to the untrained eye (us!) led us to Don and his expertise for the house inspection. Don was thorough, explained everything as needed, and wasn't afraid to get dirty and check into every potential good and bad component of the house. My wife and I were delighted we chose Don and (as we backed out of that house) will have no hesitation in calling him for our next potential purchase. Highly recommended!
