I would highly recommend Diamond Aluminum as the company was very professional, efficient and price right. From the first time we met Ray, he was kind, patient and professional. He was able to give us many options to fix our problem from different price point. Because the price to repair the whole house was very reasonable compared to the 3 other companies that I got quotes from we decided to repair all of the eavestrough, sofits and fascia. Ray explained everything in detailed and the quote he gave me was exactly what we paid for. There was no hidden or surprised extra charges. Eventhough we were not home to supervise the work being done, Ray had ensure us that it was okay and he would get the job done right. The work was completed in 3 days which was great as we didn't want to disturb our neighbours. Overall, excellent service, great price for great quality. In addition, I really appreciate that Ray would always return my calls within minutes and Lindita always called to give us an update or follow up.
