Awning repair; tuckpointing; eavestrough
Simon Moritz is a gem. He was able to restore our trust in contractors, repairing and reinstalling a damaged awning. He’s easy to work with: fair and honest, willing to explore options and to answer questions. He’s patient, courteous, and personable; his quotes/rates are reasonable AND his work is solid. Beyond that, he also COMMUNICATES (a highly desirable attribute), emailing or phoning with updates, material or schedule changes, etc. Moreover, he is willing to drive into To from Aurora. No surprise that I’ve asked Simon to do more work, including brick repair/tuckpointing, eavestrough replacement.
