An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Hello Dennis, I am writing to express how happy I am with the wrought iron railings that you installed at my home over a year ago. The railings were needed for a new walk-out that I had built at the rear of the house. Not only are the railings very beautiful to look at and enhance the look of the house and garden, they still look brand new, are sturdy and have not rusted in the least. I have seen railings in other homes that look impressive, but after a year or so, they start to show signs of rusting and need to be repainted.
