The move went well and nothing was broken. We had a bad experience overall as the crew lead refused to take off his shoes in our house and refused to put on new shoe covers as well despite us being told ahead of time that the crew would comply with COVID guidelines. Upon lodging the complaint their QC manager contacted us - had it not been for the QC managers response and sensitivity to our concerns I would have probably rated the experience lower.
