We have a very nice condo overlooking the lake in Burlington. We couldn’t help but notice that the kitchen, in particular, needed upgrading – cupboard doors hanging by a hinge were an obvious clue! So we started looking around for someone to help solve our problem. Several occupants in the building gave glowing references to ‘Sam.’ We spoke with our superintendents who knew of Sam and also recommended that he did good work. They gave us a business card for ALGO RENOVATIONS. Our first meeting with Sam went well, he understood what we were looking for, and we liked his suggestions. However, he did recommend that we go further and upgrade not just the kitchen but all the rooms, including both bathrooms. He insisted that he had a lot of experience and as a result had a good eye for what would look the best. After having discussions we decided that he was the man for the job and so we signed a contract. Right on time, a couple of weeks later he started. We found him to be very conscientious about being on time, getting the job done, and keep everything clean and tidy. He went over and above what was expected of him. We were happy with the work that was done, and relieved that we followed his suggestions, as they have turned our unit into something far and above what we could have anticipated.
