I've purchased a deal on one of the deal web sites, and started calling them right away. They didn't answer my calls till I got really frustrated on the line after that finally picked up a phone and we scheduled an appointment. Thought finally everything is ok. But it wasn't they did not show up for an applointment. I've called them several times during the appointment day with no result. I have scheduled the appointment one more time, same result, and the third time, with all the same results. I've stayed at home all those days, and twice I took a day off waiting for them. They have never shown up on the scheduled appointments. Very frustrating. I was so angry and had to write complains to the deals web site, and had to ask for refund. I do not recommend this company at all, the worst service ever. Tony
