Couldn't be happier with the level of customer service at Pratt Homes! Bruno, Susan and Cynthia have been extremely helpful and informative to both me and my husband who are new home buyers! We've lived in Barrie all our lives and chose Southwoods because of the location. The highway is easily accessible for us as I commute for work. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping are a few minutes away and as we're also new parents the fact that there's a school right across the street is a huge bonus! This has been such a positive experience for us. Everything has been easy (start to finish) and we've really appreciated all the progress updates along the way. Can't wait to move into our new home!!
