During spin cycle the washer sounder like there was something metal or hard being thrown around. I called this ad as the people seemed to think he was very reasonable. There was repeated reviews saying that the work was good and when they did not have to do a lot, they were charged 60 dollars for the service call. It turned out that there was a hair pin in the pump. My daughter said he was here for 15 minutes, spent 5 talking to her, about 5 taking the machine apart and about 5 minutes working. I was charged 95.00 plus taxes. Perhaps it was my fault for assuming that the repeat 60charge I had read about, would be what mine should have been when it turned out that there was virtually nothing for him to do. I thought that 106.00 was a lot for a 15 minute call and I feel a little taken. I will not call them back in the future.
