Home Inspection and Thermal Imaging
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We are very happy to recommend Tom. He did a fantastic job for the inspection of our Toronto townhome. He was referred to us through a family member as being thorough, patient, and very knowledgeable. Tom was all that and more. We learned a lot from the inspection and would recommend his services. We asked as well for the Thermoscan, which helped us to better understand where there were pipes in some walls we want to do some renovations, as well as the condition of the energy efficiency seal of doors, etc. I felt comfortable that I understood the Report he gives you, and felt I was making an informed decision before signing the next phase of the purchase of the house. He is the right person for the job, and it was money well spent!
