Had these guys build a garage for me, it has been the worse experience ever from start to finish. Wont answer the phone calls and when they do they are aggressive and abusive. Identify something you are concerned about will start to yell and make you feel stupid and try and intimidate you, even if you are correct. NOTE - See AAHB response below, refers to 2 Garage Doors, mine has one and my problems were multiple and is still not complete after two and half months. The main problem is when you ask a question or point out a problem they become abusive. They have so many complaints they can't keep up with which one is which

Now the other side of the story. Everything was going well until the siding was a shade lighter and they lost it even tho we stopped made a call to them and met them on site. Now they had there house redone by a cash only guy and now they said we had to match there house with cladding as we normally don't do unless it is in the contract which it is not.
Now they said it was verbal to another employee but it was not in writing so we can't justify the cost but I agree yo do the side facing the house but then they come back two days later and say they want the garage doors done as well( two of them) so again we agree and she was to email confirmation the next day but it took two weeks and here it is one month and still waiting for there cash only guy and she was the one being rude dropping th F bomb every other word and we had told her that is not rite so she turns it around and this is what you get!!!
