Top Notch Floors is by far one of the best companies my husband and I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. Jade Cavalier (proprietor) is professional, on time, superb at what he does, and reasonably priced. Our new fir floors are beautiful and expertly installed. We would recommend Jade to anyone contemplating wood floors. If you want the assurance of knowing that your new floors are done properly and on schedule, as promised, then Top Notch Hardwood Floors is the company to hire. We were so pleased that Jade made a followup visit 1 week later to make sure that we had no problems, questions or concerns. We are planning to do out 2nd floor in fir and would not hire anyone else!

B & B Kitchens contracted to install our kitchen counter within 4 weeks of the 50% deposit. It took 12 weeks before the counter was installed. The installation process was unprofessional. The contractor did not have appropriate tools, had to borrow from the home owner who also had to assist in the installation. The final product was problematic as the only seam done by the contractor is visible. Not yet fixed by contractor after repeated no shows.
