After meeting with a number of contractors to undertake renovations of a circa 1950 bungalow in Toronto, we were immediately impressed by Lou Panacci. Lou is extremely personable. From planning the project that included painting and re-plastering, replacing and/or refinishing original flooring, making electrical improvements, gutting and redesigning the main kitchen, building a new downstairs bathroom and creating more closet space, Lou always took time to our concerns and as a result, found vendors and tradesmen who perfectly suited our needs. He kept in regular contact to keep us abreast of ongoing progress. We are extremely pleased with the end result and highly recommend Lou's Home Improvements without hesitation. Bravo, Lou!!!

After water flooded into our basement during a heavy storm, Jay answered the e-mail I sent even though it was late at night and arrived the next morning to set up drying machines. He kept in contact with us until it was dry, and returned to clean and sanitize the affected area thoroughly. Unfortunately, a storm a day later caused a second flood, and again, Jay's quick action and concern were greatly appreciated!!! We'd definitely recommend Steam Kleen!
