The salesperson was very honest and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about product as well. The installer was great as well, and we haven't had any problems or concerns with the product!

The staff is generally friendly and knowledgeable at PJ's pets when it comes to reptiles and fish and aquarium/terrarium set up. Customer service is great. When they didn't know the answer to some of my questions, they found someone else who was able to help. They also follow good husbandry when it comes to taking care of their reptiles (unlike some other pet stores), which is great.

I had a mantel made and installed by Trinity Woodworks. The quality is amazing and anyone who visits our home comments about how beautiful it is! Very friendly staff, knowledgeable about their product.
