From beginning to end we had a lot of difficulties with Wood and Energy. Steve was our salesguy and we were constantly playing telephone tag and our calls we not always returned. We waited 5 months for our stove to come in. Then, when they installed it they forgot the cap and the fan! They said they would be back in a couple days to put the cap on and it took over a week and a half, in which it rained twice and our roof started leaking. Then, when we phoned to see when the cap was coming and ask for some reimbursement we were sent here-and-there between managers and other staff. The fan still isn't installed. Very unhappy although the stove is beautiful.
