I had called another extremely popular moving company months in advance, paid the entire amount up front, and the day of my move, they did NOT show up! Not only did they not show up, they were impossible to deal with, did not want to assist us in any way and left us completely stranded! My husband scrambled to find someone to help us, as we had no family and no help to be had. My husband was injured so we couldn't do it ourselves! He phoned Troys Transportation and told the woman who answered what had happened and asked if there was anything they could do. The woman put us on hold for 3 minutes...came back on the line and told us that a moving truck would be there in an hour!!! This was a long haul trip too! (Vancouver to Edmonton!) Troys Transportation saved our lives, and not only did they save our lives, they saved us approximately $500 over the other popular moving company we had initially booked and gotten screwed over by. Every single staff we came in contact with at Troys Transportation helped us and went above what I expected of them. Their moving staff were extremely careful and considerate, and made a huge effort to deliver to us in a timely and efficient manner. I will never forget this company and the help they gave us, and I highly recommend them without any reservation whatsoever!

These cleaners are sensational. I have never had a house cleaning company come into my home before, and was very hesitant and unsure what to expect. The two ladies came into my home and cleaned the entire main level top to bottom, even washing down the walls in my bathroom and hallway! After these two came by, there was a problem for me...I now have to try to keep my home as clean as these two made it that afternoon! I can honestly say I don't stand a chance! The other perk: they are organic cleaners, so they use very very few chemicals (even asked if I'd allow any!) and mostly vinegar and water based cleaning. My home was spick and span and I will not hesitate to call them again!
