Was very nice on the phone. Made reasonable quote but not so reasonable expected arrival time (anywhere from 9am - 9pm). They arrived at 11:30pm which was very bad because I specifically told them the landlord would lock elevators since its too late. The delivery was made next day. The bed header was broken and a table was missing. The table was found and delivered within 5 days after 3 calls. The bed header is under their 300 deductable = they got away with breaking it. Would not recommend them.
