Derek showed up on time as promised and completed the two tasks perfectly. Relocating my a/c and re-doing furnace ductwork. When I had to move my a/c outdoor unit to a different location I expected the technician to advise a replacement unit was in order. Instead, Derek insisted my sorry looking existing unit was a reliable model and it made the most sense to just re-install in the new location. After being impressed that he didn't try to upsell me into a new unit, I became further impressed when he went to great lengths to thoroughly clean my existing unit, inside and out. He didn't mention he would be going to that kind of effort when he quoted the job. I was amazed at how my old unit looked when it was mounted off the ground and all cleaned up. His ductwork on the furnace was also done with obvious skill, and very neat. When I have any mechanical/hvac needs I will be calling this company. Extremely professional and very fair priced. I live in the Lakeview area of Mississauga. After I expanded my home I found the massive silver maple in my backyard had to go. It was like 5 trees. Calvin expertly safely and surgically removed it. It stretched over two fences a shed and the house. I appreciated that he took no short cuts and took no risks. I was worried that his low price would mean he might. The opposite was true. He tied off and lowered massive limbs one by one with remarkable precision. True professional. Thanks Calvin!
