Pioneer installed a custom window in our bathroom with an extremely crooked sash. It was so crooked, in fact, that it looks like a guillotine. When we issued a complaint, they sent someone out who agreed that it was unsightly. Unfortunately, nobody was willing to take the next step to fix the error. We kept calling and getting no where. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Pioneer fully stated that they had agreed to fix the window but we had not made the arrangements to allow them to come. So untrue! I have it in writing that they would come fix the problem. It's been three years and they have yet to follow through on their word. I would not recommend them to ANYONE.

Dear Mrs. Hodgson;
Your window was installed in august 2009,the single hung window you requested cannot be made in such a small size as a matter a fact we re-did the window twice. You have spoken to our service department and we have offered you a variety of replacements instead of the single hung window in place. Again if you would like for us to address your issues then please contact our offices as we would be glad to maintain a high level of customer service support. We take pride in our customer service and we are extremely disappointed with the comments made.
