Working with the company to resolve issues. So far they have been responsive to my concerns. I ordered 3 windows for my basement in earlty September 2020. Ecoline promised to intall them by end of October or early November. In November received a call to schedule the installation for early December. The week before the installation I was told they had to cancel the appointment and reschedule for late January or early February. But it is not certain whether they will have an installer available. I also don't want my windows installed in the middle of winter. I inquired about installation for spring but they are not sure what things will be like even then. Inquired about a refund for my deposit, they cannot do it. Inquired about some compensation and was told they will only let me know after windows are installed to make sure I'm happy with their service. Their answer about compensation does not make sense to me. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic but the sales person should have considered that as a factor before promising quick installation. I don't recommend dealing with this company.
