Their staff are exceptionally trained not only technically but also in impeccable appearance and their friendly and knowledgeable interactions with customers. This company made me a customer for life when the manager personally took care of my air conditioner repair when the company was booked solid & did it on short notice when it broke down on the hottest summer day, I was threatened to have to cancel all my home-based business appointments for at least 4 days. Ardent also helped friends of mine on short notice many times in the past when nobody else would.
