Furnace was making noise last Sunday, and being it was 17 years old I thought a replacement was in order. I booked an appointment on line Sunday evening and was able to get my appointment for 10:00 am Monday. Neil looked at my furnace, then fully explained all of my options to repair or replace. I went with replace and Neil was able to secure a morning install on Tuesday morning. Good thing too, as the furnace quit Monday evening around 6:00pm. On Tuesday, Phil and Tanner arrived to install the new furnace. Both were competent really knew what they were doing. They were done in under 4 hours, and stayed until they were absolutely sure that the furnace was operating as designed. As a follow up, there was a cover plate missing from the emergency shut off, so an hour later, Kenyan shows up to replace the cover plate. This was a truly satisfying experience for me.
