My 20-year old Carrier furnace had a secondary heat exchanger failure. The Furnace AC Experts rep explained the option I had and informed me of the Carrier Trad-In Allowance Program that I might be eligible for. Appears to be I was eligible and while I installed the new modern Carrier furnace I'm entitled to receive back $700 from Carrier. Company friendly technicians did a great professional job on-premises by replacing the old furnace with a new one in 3 1/2 hrs and it is warm in our house again.
