What the promo guy said on the day of the estimation, and the product on the installation day is not anywhere close. Called the manager, he told me to call on Monday so, he could see if he had that product which we specifically asked for when the day of the aggrement. Called him and told the lady at the desk the situation but, I haven't got any phone call. It been a couple of weeks now. what a service eh? he got his $ so, not worried about the customer satisfaction.
