It was great discussing my faulty Samsung TV situation with George. He was honest, educational, and provided great advice. Rather than bill me $200-300 for a repair that had a 50/50 chance of success, he slowly and comprehensively educated me on what to look for in a TV going forward, and to forego this costly and unguaranteed visit.
