My wife and i were recently shopping for a bay window, and after receiving five different quotes,( which ranged in price from twenty- seven hundred to eight- thousand dollars!), we were sold on Brock Doors and Windows for approx forty-five hundred dollars. Our salesperson-Terry, was very knowledgeable, and we were impressed with the quality features of Northstar Windows, which is Brock's premium choice. We really liked the feature with the bay window that ties in two steel rods above the window to the fascia for extra support, not to mention insulated seat and header. Our installer, Dan and his helper Randy, were incredibly professional every step of the project. Dan also pointed out that our old window- approx 100 inches wide, was held in place by one screw!. They istalled the window with extra insulation, did a fantastic job on our oak casing all around the window and properly cleaned up at the end of the project.
We our extremely pleased with the whole experience, and would recommend Brock doors and windows to anyone.
