Having determined that I needed a new roof this spring I went about looking for a reliable roofer. There were many to choose from. I consulted the Yellow Pages and BBB. I selected 3 roofers who appeared to have been in business for sometime. I selected Stewart not because they were the lowest but the manner in which they conducted their business. Most important was they offered the best guarantee for their work and materials. They were prompt in answering all my questions and Stan, the owner, dealt with me directly. Work was started as promised with a personal visit by Stan and his Operations Manager. The crew that was assigned to my job was friendly and professional. They explained in detail what they were doing. Even though I had an unexpected additional cost of adding another layer of plywood,they showed me why it was needed. They finished the work on time and the written warranty from the shingle manufacturer was received. I was very pleased with the workmanship. As Stan said " You own the house and I own your roof" I would recommend Stewart Roofing without hesitation.
