I was a client twice and every time had problems. First time the company gave the price, we took few samples made a decision, and when we were ready to place the order, we were told that they cannot give that price. When I ask why? He said it was our junior sales who gave the price, we cannot give you that price. The only thing I heard is that it's only my problem that I made a decision based on false info from their junior sales. Second time, I place another order with the promised from the store to pick up the next day. The next day I've got a call from the store manager and he told me that the order will only be available in a week and a half. I was busy and didn't have time to discuss all the details. Later when we called the store back, the owner denied that he was calling us!!!! What 's a ridiculous approach!! His number in the phone history, his voice - and saying I was not calling you!!. Probably he mismatched order or so, made a call by mistake. I would accept that. But not accepting the mistake this is not the approach how the business should work. After I left negative review on other popular site, the store manager called me and set an ultimatum, he said that if I don't delete the review he will cancel my order ( which was already ready for pick up) and will never serve me as a client in future. So, after facing such threats I understand why this location has high rating on different sites. Who knows how many bad review were removed under such pressure and threats! Not reliable at all!
