Denis was super prompt coming out and doing a very thorough quote. He showed me what was wrong with the roof, where the leaks were and where the flashing was done wrong. I got 3 other quotes and they were in the same few hundred dollars of the lowest price but a much more thorough quote with a 50 yr warrantee. Denis was by far the best estimator that came out. The crew came out within 2 weeks and completed the job in a day. They replaced all flashings, roof penetration gaskets and vents. The clean-up was very thorough too. Thanks Denis and Stan!
