After suffering through many years of very old, poorly-flushing toilets that frequently clogged, we finally decided to replace them with newer and less water-wasting toilets. I had used Canada Waterproofers before with great results, so I called Borys to come install two new toilets for us. Borys picked up the new toilets we ordered from Home Depot, removed the old ones, installed the new ones, and took the old toilets to the curb for us. He also separated the tank and the bowl on the old ones, as per the city's bylaw for pickup. I made all this sound pretty straightforward, but it wasn't. One of the toilets turned out to have such rusty screws that Borys had to cut through the metal and break up the toilet in order to remove it. It was a big and difficult job, but he succeeded. He also cleaned up everything after. I should note that Borys was also very careful to wear a mask inside the house, and was courteous and professional in every way.
