Well, it would seem that there are alot of very unhappy clients for Defuncto as we call them. What a horrible experience!!! NO shows six different days. Threataning phone calls from some mystery head office. They actually came on a day when I was not there (my husband was-working in his home office so could not watch them every second). The installed a counter that was cracked in two places. Also put a seam through the sink area. The counter is scratched in several areas. The hole is too far set back (sink hole). What a nightmare!! Screaming form the owner about calling the police if we don't give here her money. Deception all around. I hope that everyone is reporting them to the better business bureau! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PATETIC EXCUSE OF A COMPANY!!!!
