Hi Michael, thanks for providing your feedback. We understand how important is wearing a mask at this time and our technicians are always following the guidelines by public health. They are wearing masks when they enter customer's house and interacting with them while maintaining the physical distance but when they are working in the basement/Furnace room on their own then it is hard for them to wear a mask as there is less air flow and they are working physical job of lifting equipment and other sweaty work. We also recommend our customer to keep a safe distance while these installers are working in the furnace area. We hope you understand.
