Fantastic experience dealing with Bats Canada. Informative, professional and experienced. From the original conversation where my bat issue was discussed and the process was thoroughly explain, to scheduling the appointment to the completion of the job everything was done professionally. They showed up on time as scheduled and worked quickly to address what needed to be done. They sealed the entire house .. very cleanly and expertly .. and installed the one way bat doors and caged off any other areas of ingress and explained what happens next . Bat problem solved! I shown that squirrels for some reason had taken to gnawing at the plastic vent covers and ruining them. Not a worry, they removed the ruined vent and covered it to prevent any more damage. I was told to a buy new and they would replace it when they returned to remove the bat doors. Next visit they did just that .. went on the roof and replaced the vent with the new one. I recommend that if you have a bat problem, you call no one else but Bat Canada if you want to ensure the job is done correctly and professionally.
