Both our sales person Joseph and the installer team lead by Tayshan were amazing. From selection /sales call through to delivery everything lined up or was rectified quickly to resolution Everything we negotiated happened seamlessly. We did have delay issues but they were not the fault of sales or instal. The date we were given to expect in terms of expectation was compromised due to COVID we were told. But we were kept in the loop on going. What more can you ask for in 2020. The net result has elevated our home dramatically and the experience with your sales and instal team were recommendable !!!
