I live way out of town, and have called Moore's for appliance repair a few times over the past several years. In each case, they've responded well, sent a knowledgeable technician out to deal with the problem. The most recent call was to deal with a malfunctioning clothes washer. They did what they could, but to no avail. They were apologetic, but informed me that the repair would cost mostly as much as a new machine. They could have made more $$ without telling me of the cost differential and just doing the repair. Nope! They gave me the right advice and are definitely my go-to service center.
