Scheduled an appointment for servicing 2 weeks in advance. No one showed for appointment time. Was called the next day to set up a time. Technician was 1.5 hours late. I had no serial number or model on the oven and had told this to the technician previously as well as the receptionist when booking. He showed up, opened the door and said, "yep no serial number. " Told him the issue with the fan (same thing I reported when booking) and he said.."well, I'll see what I can do," "I'll try to order you a new fan". Then left.
I found the manual and read up on the issue in the trouble shooting section. It stated it could also be the Hall sensor. So I called the office to let them know, it could be either the fan or that. I explained that the manual said there is a diagnostic process to determine which part it could be so just that perhaps it needed more looking into before ordering parts. The receptionist was quite rude and said, "I'm sorry, are you a technician?!" She continued to say that "the tech knows what he's doing so..."
Very disappointed in this service I waited 2 weeks for. No phone call to tell me no one would be able to make it the day of the appointment. No phone call to tell me they would be late on the rescheduled appointment. Tech was here 5 mins and left with the same info I gave when I booked 2 weeks earlier. RUDE RUDE RUDE, receptionist. Very disappointed
