The jacuzzi has been great. The staff in the store are awesome. Calling for service or setup was absolutely horrible. So bad I wouldn't recommend buying here. Trying to setup an install date with service was so painful. No returning of calls after leaving several voicemail. A year later my hot tub breaks down and it's the same issue. Who knows if there really is a service department.
