I had 4 people come in and quote me to frame up my basement, and out of the 4 Chris was, in my opinion, the best. He was very animated when we discussed my plans and pointed out a number of things that the other guys did not. Specifically putting down a sub-floor and framing over top of it. None of the other guys even mentioned a sub-floor. He genuinly seemed to care that the work that was done was the best he could do. Also, his quote was the cheapest by a very wide margin. Chris quoted me for framing AND subfloor, and the other quotes were framing only. Chris was still cheaper. They showed up on time, and got to work straight away. During the process if Chris saw something that he didn't like, or found a way to improve the plan, he stopped and asked me to make sure of what I wanted and made some very helpful suggestions. All in all, a very positive experience, and I have already recommended him to a friend of mine. Thanks Chris !
