I was able to meet Vic the next day after initial call. He has great knowledge and understanding of the job and product being a window/doors installer himself. His prices were unbelievable due to very little overhead, ( not having a showroom ). His Delivery date was on time and my windows were installed quickly. I had an small issue with one sized window. Vic reordered window with no issues and replaced as soon as it arrived. His installers know what they are doing and never took any short cuts what so ever. They were always tidy and clean, no mess after they left. I am very happy with First Class windows and Doors. The name really says it all.
