No mention by sales person that there are no returns. Had ibeen told this i would have done a smaller order then topped up near completion. Plus they suggested adding 10% for wastage. Given the boxes remaingboxes are still wrapped. Very disappointing sales person should have said at least once before filling out the order. Be aware no returns. Also the product sample in the store in no way reflected the product which varied in colour from pure white to dark brown even in one piece of planking. The sample on display was all a light tan
