Extremely disappointed in the level of customer service. I had my blinds installed in August 2020. I have been waiting for someone to come in to fix my issues since October 2020. It has been over 6 month and no one has come by. I've had my appointments rescheduled every single time after installation. I am very frustrated and would not recommend this company at this time to anyone.

Worst concrete that I’ve ever seen in my life. We couldn’t use the concrete or finish it at all and we were made to pay for a truck load that had to be sent back. Unbelievable and the worst service. We lost over $2000 for crap concrete that was unusable. Dessio shouldn’t be making customers pay for the companies mistake and a bad batch. Instead of fixing the issue he made us pay for concrete that couldn’t be finished. The mix had way too much stone and not enough sand
