An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

From the beginning, Roberto made me feel quite comfortable in my decision to do business with their company. He took his time to review the project, listen to my questions and concerns as well as respond with informed answers. He helped me to understand the process, my options and why choosing their company was in my best interest. In addition, I would like to thank Roberto and Oscar for the great work that they did installing my roof. We had the challenge of some damage to the roof that had been caused by birds that they took the time to properly fix before installing the new shingles.
