This team of people are NOT truthful!! At first Mehmet and his team were fast to finish and responsive. But after finishing work in just one day, I tried to reach them MANY TIMES to come back because the color of the stairs started to fade away (photo below) and they have NOT been answering. There are some other details like LOUD CRACKING NOISE, crooked post, gaps & paint stains (photo below) that remain unfixed. They said they would come back in January and HAVE NOT! I do not recommend them to anyone and we are very regretful to have our stairs done by them.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. As a installer we always show the customer the colour of the stain before we apply. The whole family agreed to the stain colour for the stairs when we finished the job. I went personally to speak to the client and see the stairs issue. The colour remains the same as when we first did the job on September 24. There are no gaps, crooked post or paint stains. We went to check and there was no issue. Everything had remained the same since the day the job was finished. We always want to work with our clients and help fix issues that they seem to find. We appreciate you letting us know.
