Our filtration unit was purchased a couple of years ago before I became president of our small condo. I am the least technical person alive and our water system died. The trouble shooting from this company over the phone is second to none. By sending photos of other equipment, a few phone calls and we were able to get our water system back on line. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you Shawn
