My electric water heater was making a strange noise. I contacted The HVAC Service after a recommendation. Their technician Henry was extremely professional. He determined that the sediment build-up at the bottom of the tank has buried the lower heating element. Henry drained the tank, removed the heating element, and cleaned sediment and limescale build-up from the element. Thanks a lot for your work
