Cliff was extremely thorough and informative throughout the home inspection; we learned lots from him and felt assured that every angle of the house had been covered. He highlighted some maintenance issues we'd need to address, which is exactly what we wanted to know heading into a purchase of a 30+ year old home. Not only did he leave us much more knowledgeable, he also saved the day by turning up with less than half an hour's notice. We'd originally booked a different inspection company because we are new to the area, but they'd scheduled the wrong day, so didn't arrive. We were about to admit defeat when I searched the nearby area for home inspectors. Cliff was just finishing up a report on an earlier inspection and was probably looking forward to an evening with his family, but I think he heard the desperation in my voice and said he could be there in about twenty minutes.
